Moon Through the Hoop

Beneath a sky glowing with red and amber dusk, the dark silhouette of a basketball hoop briefly aligns with a slender crescent moon. An ordinary object becomes a frame for the distant moon, while the burning clouds intensify the fleeting coincidence. Rough metal and soft moonlight, familiar structure and celestial distance, meet within a single frame and transform an everyday scene into something quietly poetic. The work captures a small moment of wonder found in the brief alignment of light, form, and time.
